I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. Free Wi-Fi, parking, a bar, and a restaurant. The staff helped me find a lost item on my first stay. Perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for Christmas.

The caravan was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, although we couldn't find an iron. The location was great for our visit to Kelso races and there were lovely walks for our dog. The surrounding villages were full of history and the staff and people we met were friendly. We were fortunate to have stunning weather and even started to get a tan. We fell in love with this hidden gem and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely caravan at Lilliardsedge. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, except for an iron. The location was perfect for us as it was near Kelso races, and the surrounding area was beautiful with charming villages to explore. The site itself offered great walks for our dog and plenty of activities. We were lucky to have great weather and even started to get a tan. We fell in love with this hidden gem and will definitely be returning.
That we weren't aware that reception at the site didn't handle our check-in, causing some frustration and confusion. not having access to emails on my mobile phone meant I missed important details and instructions that were sent after I had already left home.

The private bathroom with a shower ensures privacy while freshening up. The fireplace adds a touch of warmth and creates a cozy ambiance. Personally, I found the fireplace to be a bit smoky at times. However, I understand that others may still enjoy the warmth and ambiance it provides.

We stumbled upon a little hidden gem during our city break. The caravan we stayed in was squeaky clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was in a prime location, just a short distance from the racecourse we wanted to visit. The site itself was fantastic, with beautiful walks for our furry friend and plenty of on-site activities to keep us entertained. The staff and fellow guests were all friendly and we even got lucky with stunning weather, giving us a chance to work on our tans. We fell in love with the area and can't wait to return.
One let down was the lack of communication regarding check-in at the reception. It was frustrating not being informed beforehand that we didn't need to go to reception upon arrival.
